ReStock 1.5.0 blacklists the stock cargo container assets, causing mediumCargoContainer (a ModuleManager copy of smallCargoContainer) to be invalid. Marking these patches as :FOR[KIS] ensures they are run by ModuleManager after ReStock has done its thing.
